GUARANTEES AND SAFETY
At Comercial Cobra, we are committed to quality, development and continuous-improvement policies. We love nothing more than satisfying all our customers’ specifications, and always within the established timeframes.
The ceramics we sell are state-of-the-art parts that meet the most demanding quality standards, guaranteeing maximum quality for the end products.
Inspections are carried out at all stages of production, from the entry of raw materials to the end products. Process checks and inspections are carried out regularly by quality-control inspectors, and must ultimately pass an exhaustive analysis through the dimensional and visual sampling method.
Final inspection through the sampling method: Samples are taken from each batch in accordance with the IS-2500 standard (Sampling Inspection Procedures). Inspection level 1 and the Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) decided in agreement with the customer between 1.5 and 4.0.
All of the ceramics we distribute are manufactured in compliance with international standards for ceramic materials DIN 40685 – CEI 672-3-UNE 21-381 – EN 60672, in ISO 9001-certified and approved factories.
